As the COVID19 pandemic continues, SPF officials, staff and reps are working tirelessly to support our members.
Whilst much has already been achieved, this is eclipsed by our shared frustration at the difficulties in getting PPE to every frontline officer, and the challenges of applying government safety guidance to our activities.
We have assembled teams to look at Health and Safety, Logistics and People and Development issues. These teams are challenging, testing and making recommendations to the Force in delivering a safe and fair working environment.
