Stephen became Vice Chair of the East Area Committee of the Scottish Police Federation in January 2017.
He joined Fife Constabulary in July 1992 and has worked in a variety of roles within Response, Community, Training and laterally Custody.
He was elected as a sergeants representative in 2014 and has completed training in Basic SPF Duties and Health & Safety. He is currently a member of the Joint Central Committee and has the portfolio for Health & Safety.
Heather became the Deputy Secretary of the East Area Committee of the Scottish Police Federation in September 2017.
She joined Lothian and Borders Police in October 1992 and has worked in a wide variety of roles within Response, Road Policing, Training, ACR, PSD, Custody and Digital Enabled Policing.
She was elected as a Federation representative in 2007 and is a member of the Joint Central Committee.
Heather has the portfolio for conduct in the East.
Andy became the Chair of the East Area Committee of the Scottish Police Federation in June 2017.
He joined Central Scotland Police as a cadet in June 1990 and was appointed as a Constable in 1992. He was initially posted to Alloa and served at all three stations in Clackmannanshire before joining the CID where he worked on various major enquiries based at Stirling, Callander and Dunblane. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2001 and Inspector in 2009 where he was based within the Force Control Room. He has served on all three rank Committees of the Federation during his service and is trained in Health & Safety and Conduct. He has also completed training in Equality and has served on the East Area Equality Committee since 2013. He has attended Joint Central Committee on various occasions since 2001 and was elected onto the Committee in 2014.
